Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Little Math Hero mobile application ("App") provided by Little Math Hero ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by parents or guardians (age 18 or older) who create and manage accounts on behalf of their children (ages 5–10). By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child for whom you create a profile.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Child profiles are created and managed by the parent account holder. Each child profile is accessed via a 4-digit PIN set by the parent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: math practice for children under parental supervision. You agree not to:

• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or our systems
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Create accounts using false or misleading information
• Share, transfer, or sell your account to another person

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a Premium upgrade available as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by the respective platform and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

Premium features include: up to 6 kid profiles, full analytics dashboard, session history, and difficulty and timer controls per child.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Little Math Hero and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion, all your data and associated child profiles will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

The App is an educational tool and is not a substitute for professional educational instruction. Results may vary based on individual use and engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Math Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
